Welcome to our website! I am Paula Neyhart. The Bus Stops Here, is owned and operated by my husband, John Neyhart, and me. We opened on August 5, 1993 with the idea that the area would welcome sound educational materials that would not only be useful for teachers in their classrooms, but also for anyone with children in their lives; this concept has proven to be true. Carefully chosen products that are educationally sound, colorful and fun have been well received by the customers who frequent the store, and by those who newly discover it. Believing in education in the broadest sense, The Bus Stops Here stands for education in, and beyond, the classroom.

I am a retired teacher of nearly 40 years with a passion for educating our youth. My long teaching career and continued interest in what's current in education, enables me to bring insights and experience to the product needs of my customers. My years of experience, and desire to help, allows me to assist my customers with how to help a child learn a specific concept as well as recommending and answering questions about products in the store.

After 17 years doing business at the former location at the corner of East Main and Henderson Streets, the store has relocated to 115 East Main Street, Lock Haven, PA 17745. The new location offers double the floor space for products, and great showcase windows at the front entrance.

A store catalog is available upon request. The Bus Stops Here gladly accepts school Purchase Orders as well as orders from anyone interested in products available from the store. Contact me for more information.
